Official Promotion Rules

Valid for new Hyfi users. Current Hyfi Subscribers are not eligible. Offer may only be redeemed once per church. Offer is good for a 2-month trial of Hyfi Preschool, Kids and/or Students within Ministry Grid. Trial begins the date the offer is redeemed within Ministry Grid. Trial must be redeemed by July 1, 2025.

1. Eligibility Period. The Promotional Offer begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CST on March 7, 2025 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on July 1, 2025

2. How to Redeem. To redeem the Promotional Offer, participants must, during the Entry Period, complete one of the following steps:

i.  Purchase a VBS  2025 Starter Kit at www.lifeway.com.  All purchasers of a VBS 2025 Stater Kit will receive an email with a link and instructions on how to redeem their 2-month free trial of Hyfi Digital Curriculum.

iii. Email Promotion Coordinator to express interest in redeeming the offer without purchasing a VBS 2025 Starter Kit.

No purchase is necessary.

3. General Conditions. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for late or misdirected entries or any technical malfunctions that may occur. Offer is intended for new Hyfi users.

4. Dispute Resolution. Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by non-administered mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Institute for Christian Conciliation™ a division of PeaceMaker Ministries (ICC) in Nashville, Tennessee; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but shall not, in any event, include attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and Participant further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Sponsor and Participant agree that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of their relationship or this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit against one another or any of the Sponsor Entities in any civil court for such disputes, except to enforce a legally binding arbitration decision.

5. Removal from Mailing List. If any person has received an advertisement for this Promotion in the mail, such person has a right to have his or her name removed from Lifeway’s Promotional mailing list. Requests to be removed from the Promotion mailing lists can be mailed to the Promotion Coordinator. Sponsor has sixty (60) days to process such requests after receipt.

6. Questions. Questions regarding this Promotion can be directed to the Promotion Coordinator.

7. Sponsor. This Promotion is sponsored by Lifeway Christian Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention. Sponsor Entities include Lifeway as well as its members, subsidiaries, and affiliates and their insurers, trustees, directors, officers, agents and employees.

8. Privacy. Lifeway’s Privacy Policy applies to information collected in connection with this promotion. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available upon request to the Promotion Coordinator or online at the “Privacy Policy” link at the bottom of Lifeway’s home page, www.Lifeway.com.
